Floating dining area
Each "table" is cradled in a single raft allowing it to float on the man-made lake. Just in case you are wondering, yes, there are real fish there. With this setup, it feels very calming when you dine here in Kamaya sa Palaisdaan.
Bountiful seafood goodness
Given it's name, the menu focuses on the local take on various seafood. You'll also find other traditional dishes such as sisig, liempo and etc., but of course you shouldn't miss the seafood.
With its lightly sweet dressing, the Paco Salad is indeed refreshing and great for a starter. It also comes with a sardine which you may mix with the salad, or eat on a stand-alone basis
The Sinugno has a very creamy gata sauce that wraps itself with the meat producing this milky-tasty goodness to the fresh tilapia.
The Bulalo may be very simple yet captures the traditional heartwarming goodness. It's generous as well with the meat, so it will not fail!
The Sisig here in Kamayan sa Palaisdaan is meaty (i.e. less of the fat content) and yet very tasty. Despite the meatiness, this is still sinfully good!
